In order to make sure we can live up to our 5 YEAR WARRANTY on exterior work, we take the preparation very seriously. These are the steps we take to make sure your home lasts!
CLEANING AND PREP
These are the most important steps in the exterior process. All of the work is going to be exposed to the elements for many years and need to be able to hold up. We clean all surfaces before painting and when needed chemically clean things like older woods. Once that is done, all of your exterior surfaces, like stone, are protected, plastic and taped to protect from overspray.
SAND AND PAINT
Each surface, old or new, needs to be sanded in order to leave the paint and primers something to stick to. This is a step often over looked due to the quality of paints today but not by us! Once all the prep is done, each surface receives primer and paint to finish quality. A quality finish is GUARANTEED! Which is why we always use the best paints and applicators!
